A leading heating solutions provider in Worcester is seeking a Graduate Project and Technology Coordinator for a 2-year fixed-term role. The position involves supporting IT projects, managing key developments, and collaborating with various stakeholders. Candidates should be degree-qualified, preferably in Business Management or IT, with strong communication and analytical skills. We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our Business Digital Department team as a Graduate Project and Technology Coordinator.
The department is responsible for managing IT digital projects and leading system improvement initiatives. This includes overseeing the planning, implementation, and optimisation of technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and support organisational goals.
You will work with colleagues across the business, both locally and globally, in supporting IT topics, all whilst developing your own skills and learning first‑hand how a global, market‑leading entity makes change to improve its capabilities. This role is about working with people in many departments and seniorities, so building your network is key to your success. You’ll become proactively visible, a valuable member of the business, and work to develop a strong reputation with all colleagues. With your enthusiasm, interest and experience of current and emerging technology trends in IT and AI, you’ll be able to apply this knowledge into supporting and consulting with stakeholders, as well as when considering project requirements.
You will receive full training both one‑to‑one and self‑paced online to achieve the required capabilities. Additionally, you will receive one‑to‑one coaching with feedback, as well as mentoring to develop your key competencies.

Contract Duration: 2 years
Working Hours: Office Based. 39 hours per week – standard working pattern of 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 – 16:00 Friday with a 1‑hour lunch break.
