A leading engineering firm in the UK is seeking a Civil Team Operational Lead in Bristol to manage and oversee a team delivering civil studies for nuclear projects. The ideal candidate will be a civil engineer with a Master's degree, possessing design experience in the nuclear industry. Responsibilities include ensuring design modifications, managing workload, and collaborating across disciplines. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of 2D and 3D design software is preferred.

Qualifications

• Civil engineer with experience in design of buildings in the nuclear industry.
• Knowledge of N2 area buildings and Layout.
• Previous design experience in nuclear engineering is a real asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality and production of design modifications within the N2 scope.
• Oversee and monitor the production of all impacted deliverables.
• Manage the team's workload and subcontracting tasks.
