• Experience as a Contracts Manager in the housebuilding sector.
• Familiarity with NHBC or LABC/Premier standards.
• Proven track record in health and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the week-to-week management of multiple construction sites.
• Conduct routine inspections and ensure compliance with group standards.
• Appoint and negotiate with subcontractors to meet quality targets.

Skills

Experience within the housebuilding construction industry

Understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental legislation

Current CSCS Card

Education
