A not-for-profit housing association in Leeds seeks a compassionate Housing Assistant to support residents in maintaining their wellbeing and independence. This role includes delivering essential services, managing customer queries, and ensuring the effective operation of housing services. Ideal candidates will have proven experience with older adults, excellent record-keeping skills, and proficiency in Microsoft applications. A full driving licence is required, and you will enjoy a range of benefits including 25 days of annual leave plus public holidays.

Woodlands Court – Leeds
£20,299 - £20,927 per year (A 1 bedroom flat is provided)
30 hours per week – 8am to 3:30pm
The job sits within Sanctuary Housing Services which manages homes across England, providing general rented housing, market rent properties, shared ownership and home ownership accommodation. It also provides housing related services including lettings, debt management, tenancy management and customer services support.
The purpose of this role is to encourage residents to maintain their well‑being and independence and to support the delivery of high quality, safe and value for money housing management services that meet customer and organisational objectives.
