Job summary
A national law firm is seeking a lawyer with over 3 years of PQE in digital technology and data protection. The role involves advising on complex technology transactions and will include opportunities for international projects, particularly in the USA and Saudi Arabia. Candidates should possess strong drafting and communication skills, and be enthusiastic about delivering exceptional service in this rapidly evolving field. Qualifications
- At least 3 years of post-qualified experience in digital technology as a UK Solicitor.
- Experience in a commercial environment, focused on Digital/Tech and Data protection.
- Ability to analyze complex contracts and identify key issues.
Responsibilities
- Advise on technology transactions and data protection.
- Work on international projects and secondments.
- Support businesses in breaking into new markets.
