Qualifications

• 1-3 PQE Data Protection Lawyer is required.
• Experience in a law firm or in-house environment is essential.
• Familiarity with cyber/data-breach response is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear, practical advice on data protection regulations.
• Support clients with global initiatives and AI-related projects.
• Prepare responses to the ICO and other regulators.
• Assist with cyber and data breach incident response.
• Work collaboratively across areas of the firm.

Skills

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent)

Experience advising on data protection and privacy law

Strong understanding of UK/EU regulations

Excellent drafting skills

Ability to manage multiple matters

Education

Strong academic track record at degree and A-levels (or equivalent)
