This role requires a technical background and a hands-on approach to customer relationship management. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a technical role, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

  • Experience in implementation management, solutions engineering, or data analysis.
  • Energized by taking ownership and delivering customer value.
  • Ability to build relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the customer implementation lifecycle from signature to go-live.
  • Translate complex customer pricing models into the Sequence data model.
  • Deliver expert guidance and support to customers on onboarding.
