- Maintenance and repair of company-owned and third-party weighing and inspection technology products
- Commissioning of company-owned products at the customer's premises
- Carrying out product training
- Informing the sales department about sales opportunities
- Preparation for calibration inspections
- Technical customer support

- Responsible for ensuring that customers receive the level of service they have come to expect from a premium brand
- Capable of working alone or in a team to commission, calibrate or repair the full range of our equipment
