Job summary
A sustainability-focused manufacturer in the UK is seeking a dedicated Health & Safety Manager to drive compliance and cultivate a proactive safety culture. This role involves leading risk assessments and HSE training, ensuring adherence to UK legislation, and collaborating with teams to support environmental initiatives. Ideal candidates will possess a degree in Occupational Health & Safety and relevant certifications such as NEBOSH.
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or related discipline.
- NEBOSH Certificate or Diploma required.
- Experience in manufacturing or production environment preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead site-wide risk assessments, inspections, audits.
- Ensure compliance with UK health and safety legislation.
