A children's residential care organization in Burnley is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to lead a team in delivering high-quality care to young people. The role requires a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Child Care and at least 2 years' relevant experience, coupled with exceptional communication skills. Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience relevant to residential care in the last 5 years.
• Must have a full manual driving licence.
• Fully flexible with the ability to work unsociable shift patterns.

• Communicate the day’s plans effectively.
• Review young people's care plans.
• Undergo in-depth quality training.
