As Head Spa Attendant your scope will be to support the Spa Manager by leading your shift and overseeing in the day-to-day performance of the spa attendant team.

• Proficiency in the tasks of Spa Attendants, including walkrounds, maintaining locker rooms, cleaning and tidying all areas including toilets and showers, replenishing amenities, receipt of deliveries, and handling laundry
• Leading daily briefings and handovers
• Organising the daily workload, delegate tasks and co‑ordinate breaks
• Monitoring performance via checklists and SOPs
• Providing feedback, and undertake informal counselling to support improved performance
• Supporting the team with any shift challenges
• On job training of new employees
• Handling and resolving guest feedback
• Departmental requisitions

• HND/NC/SVQor equivalent qualification,orequivalent experiencein hospitality ortourism related field
• Experience of supervision and of working in similar spa, leisure or beauty environment
• Thorough, with keen attention to detail
• Ability to quickly build excellent workingrelationships
• Aflexible approach to work to meet operationaldemand
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic IT skills with knowledge of Office softwareand ability to usetechnology
• UK Driving Licence preferred due to theshift patternandspreadout nature of theresort
