Qualifications

• Must have resided in the UK for the past 3 years with legal right to work.
• Previous experience in cleaning is required; supervisory experience is preferable.
• Ability to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the cleaning team to ensure standards are met.
• Conduct meetings with the team to identify training needs.
• Complete daily audits and prepare monthly KPI reports.
• General cleaning duties across the site, ensuring proper equipment use.
