Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Part Time – The Community at Rockhill, a Grace Inspired Living community in Sellersville, PA.

Position: Part Time CNA (7:00am-3:15pm, 3:00pm-11:15pm, or 11:00pm-7:15am). Earn $22.00/hour with Evening and Weekend Differential. Ready to inspire others? Make a difference with a career as a CNA with The Community at Rockhill.

Organization: The Community at Rockhill (www.communityatrockhill.org) is a Life Plan Community in Bucks County offering a continuum of care, including Residential Living, Personal Care, and Health Care. Grace Inspired Living provides supportive services to residents and families.

• Provide direct resident care and perform basic nursing skills as assigned in accordance with current aide training curriculum.
• Complete assignments in a timely manner and review Care Plans; participate in resident care conferences and revisions of the plan of care when appropriate.
• Identify safety hazards and emergencies and report immediately to the Unit Manager/Shift Supervisor.
• Document accurately in Point Click Care and complete Resident care forms.
• Follow procedures for admissions, transfers, and discharges; assist in delivering Restorative Nursing Process.
• Adhere to infection control procedures and participate in orientation of new CNAs.
• Participate in committees or special projects as directed; perform other duties as assigned by Unit Manager/Shift Supervisor, ADON, and DON.
• Adhere to organizational policies on Privacy and HIPAA; deliver quality customer service; and maintain a cooperative, learning-focused attitude.
• Attend meetings and complete Relias in-services as required.

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Aide program; current PA CNA license is required.
• Ability to follow directives, communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members; and prioritize tasks according to resident needs.
• Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training and professional development.
