Montpelier has an exciting opportunity for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our expanding team on a 6 month fixed term contract. We are seeking a caring, compassionate, and experienced ANP who works within their professional boundaries and scope of practice within the primary care setting. Our ideal candidate will apply advanced assessment and critical thinking skills to decision-making when treating patients following initial history taking and clinical assessment to determine a diagnosis, treatment, and treatment plan.
The Advanced Nurse Practitioner will prioritise and triage the needs of patients making any necessary referrals for investigations in line with local policies, working collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures, and providing nurse leadership as required.

The purpose of the role is to manage a clinical caseload and deal with a wide and diverse range of health needs in an inner city setting, ensuring the highest standards of care for all registered and temporary patients in accordance with the duties and responsibilities as set out by the Royal College of Nursing.
