As part of their ongoing expansion, they are now seeking an accomplished Sales Director to lead commercial strategy and drive substantial growth across key verticals.
- Lead, develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with business growth targets.
- Manage, mentor and scale a national and international sales team.
- Drive revenue growth across OEM, distribution and integrator channels.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers within OEMs and large‑scale security providers.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for product expansion.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering and marketing teams to influence product roadmap and market positioning.
- Oversee forecasting, budgeting and performance reporting to board level.
- Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows and partner meetings.
- Proven track record as Sales Director, Head of Sales or Senior Commercial Leader within security systems, electronic hardware, device manufacturing or related OEM environments.
- Strong knowledge of physical security hardware (e.g., access control, surveillance, sensors, perimeter protection, communication devices).
- Experience managing complex OEM or hardware‑based solution sales cycles.
- Demonstrated success scaling sales teams and driving sustained revenue growth.
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to engage at C‑suite level.
- Technical aptitude with ability to translate complex product features into customer solutions.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
