A leading electric vehicle manufacturer is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth across the North of the UK. The successful candidate will lead regional sales strategies, strengthen partner performance, and ensure a remarkable brand presence. Strong automotive sales experience, a background in premium brands, and CRM proficiency are essential. This position requires exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment, as well as the foresight to implement data-driven strategies.
We're currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager. Someone to join our UK Commercial team and take ownership of driving sales growth, strengthening partner performance, and ensuring exceptional brand representation across the North of the UK. Someone with a passion for electric mobility, an interest in technology, and a desire to create the change we know is needed. And someone who doesn't mind the occasional bit of sustainable travel in the service of a cleaner form of electric performance.
In this role, you’ll be part of a fast‑moving and strategically important commercial organisation, working closely with Polestar Spaces, retail investor partners, and cross‑functional teams to shape our regional sales success.
This position is field‑based within the North of the UK, with a high level of travel required. We believe in a hybrid model when it comes to remote and onsite work, knowing that both in‑person collaboration and individual time to focus are needed. What matters most is that people get the time, and support, to do what needs to be done. And to enjoy doing it, of course.
In this role, you'll be expected to lead regional sales strategy and execution to achieve commercial targets and strengthen Polestar’s presence in the UK North. Working as a member of the UK Commercial team, you'll be instrumental in optimising partner performance, elevating customer and retailer satisfaction, and developing data‑driven sales strategies that accelerate business growth.
See below for a breakdown of key focus areas:
To succeed in this role, and at Polestar in general, you’ll need a combination of tenacity, flexibility, and curiosity. You enjoy working in a dynamic environment, take initiative, and know how to adapt when priorities shift. Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across stakeholders will be essential.
You balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and thrive when steering multiple priorities with clarity and focus.
In addition, you'll need the following qualifications:
Polestar is an international company, with various backgrounds represented. English, therefore, is the language of written and spoken communication. And though we have a global presence, we maintain a growth mindset. Change happens often at Polestar. But so does progress. Expect an accelerating, exciting environment.
If the above matches your ambitions, be sure to apply. Our selection process is ongoing, and the job advert will remain open until it’s filled.
The Polestar journey is an electric one.
