This role focuses on shaping, planning, and driving successful projects from concept through to handover in the office fit-out sector.
- Developing RFQs from initial design concepts for subcontractors and suppliers
- Organising and leading site visits with clients and suppliers
- Producing accurate project costings and delivery plans
- Leading client discussions and maintaining strong professional relationships
- Arranging and chairing project handover meetings to ensure smooth transitions
- Reliable, dependable, and committed to delivering results
- A natural leader who is punctual, proactive, and self-managed
- Organised and capable of planning their own schedule effectively
- Aligned to a positive, team-oriented culture with a drive for excellence
- Passionate about customer service - striving not just to meet but exceed expectations
- Ability to confidently read and interpret architectural plans
- Strong contract negotiation experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the office fit-out sector (or related field)
- Good working knowledge of building regulations
- Full UK driving licence
- Membership of RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors)
- Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2 or equivalent)
