Responsibilities

• Own and be the primary owner and subject matter expert for the building\'s digital systems including IT network infrastructure, CAFM/IWMS (Planon), mobile regeneration systems (Freshwave), building internet service connectivity (Luminet), and AV support (Pro AV) across the entire building.
• Monitor system health, performance metrics, and proactively escalate/resolve issues; coordinate with service vendors and internal IT teams to ensure smooth operation and upgrade paths.
• Utilise data from smart building platforms to optimise building performance and occupier experience; deliver insights on space utilisation, energy efficiency, user behaviour, and systems performance; collaborate with sustainability and ESG teams to align with carbon reduction goals; evaluate and implement future-forward technologies.
• Ensure all technology systems comply with data protection, cybersecurity, and operational standards; maintain records of maintenance, upgrades, outages, contracts; track SLA performance KPIs across technology service providers.
• Provide guidance to facilities, occupiers, and building users on digital services; offer training and documentation for room booking, visitor registration, and smart apps; collaborate with IT, FM, security, and third-party consultants for integrated service delivery.
