Position: Pre-Construction Manager

Base pay range: Derbyshire
£55,000 + Vehicle or Allowance

This role focuses on shaping, planning, and driving successful projects from concept through to handover in the office fit-out sector.

Responsibilities

• Developing RFQs from initial design concepts for subcontractors and suppliers
• Organising and leading site visits with clients and suppliers
• Producing accurate project costings and delivery plans
• Leading client discussions and maintaining strong professional relationships
• Arranging and chairing project handover meetings to ensure smooth transitions
