Job summary
A premier leisure resort in Teddington is looking for a Spa Therapist to provide exceptional treatments and customer service. The position is part-time and offers a competitive rate of £13.66 per hour along with various benefits, including discounts and leisure facilities access. The ideal candidate will possess a Level 3 qualification in Massage or Beauty and a passion for the industry.

Part of London + Regional Hotels, The Lensbury Resort is located on the banks of the River Thames at Teddington and is home to an exclusive leisure club of 7,000 members, a 155‑bedroom hotel, meeting and events space, restaurant and bar, spa and 25 acres of gardens and grounds including 24 tennis courts, 2 squash courts, a heavyweights gym and two elite sports pitches.
The Spa Therapist will provide excellent treatments and customer care to our guests during their Spa journey, and help ensure the safe and efficient day‑to‑day operation of the Spa.

- Hold a Massage / Beauty qualification at Level 3 or equivalent
- Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism in order to motivate the team to achieve the highest standards possible
- Act as an ambassador for the Club with a great sense of style and integrity and convey knowledge and assurance to customers
- Possess demonstrable knowledge of relevant trends in the Health and Beauty industry with innovation as a key driver
