Job description

We’re looking for a commercially driven and dynamic National Account Manager to manage and grow our distributor partnerships across Rest of World (ROW) markets. This role is pivotal in driving international sales, building strong commercial relationships, and ensuring brand consistency and growth across diverse global markets.

You’ll act as the key liaison between our business and our distributor network, delivering sustainable sales and profit growth through strategic account management, effective joint business planning, and executional excellence.

You will be responsible for working across multiple beauty categories and will be part of a team that achieves (and strives to exceed) sales targets, profit expectations and customer objectives.

What you’ll do:
  • Wholly manage the account including (but not limited to) timelines, customer expectations, newness in coordination with global launches, sales, spend, and promotional cadence.
  • Lead day-to-day management of distributor partners, building strong collaborative relationships with the relevant business accounts to drive long-term mutual success.
  • Plan, develop and implement business strategies with the customer for each brand and category within the remit; negotiating trade terms, cost prices, marketing activations, promotional plans and pricing strategies to win.
  • In alignment with internal objectives, ensure each retailer you manage is active with our best selling core items and strategically important SKUs.
  • Identify appropriate NPD opportunities based on customer insights and oversee the end‑to‑end implementation from presenting to the customer and agreeing forecasts, to tracking delivery, launch planning and implementation.
  • Analyse EPOS Sales data and overall performance and present internally.
  • Complete relevant promotional and order form administration.
  • Engage in the preparation and participation of status & business planning meetings both with the account and internal teams; partnering cross functionally to support our global objectives.
  • Create Gross and Net financial forecasts for the account and report performance weekly to management, identifying upsides and proactively addressing any short falls.
  • Work collaboratively internally to align financial forecast to unit demand and proactively submit in line with the business‑critical path.
  • Align with each customer to ensure consistency with internal data and monitor overstocks.
  • Identify opportunities to increase retail sales, gross sales, optimise processes and increase efficiencies; sharing best practice and local market insights to influence the broader international strategy.
  • Identify potential new distribution opportunities by market, expanding into new territories where appropriate.
What you’ll have:
  • Experience in a National Account Manager role, or a very established Executive with experience in managing accounts.
  • Experience in the beauty industry is desirable but not essential.
  • High proficiency in Excel.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Great analytical skills.
  • You’ll be happy to get stuck in and hit the ground running.
