A prominent LGBT+ charity based in the UK is seeking a Treasurer to oversee its financial affairs and ensure ongoing viability. This voluntary role requires Chartered Accountant status, knowledge of not-for-profit accounting, and a commitment to the charity's mission. The Treasurer will work with the Board of Trustees, ensuring compliance and supporting the leadership team with financial reporting. The position encourages applications from underrepresented communities to enhance diversity within the organization.
Just Like Us is recruiting a Treasurer to join our Board of Trustees, to oversee Just Like Us’ financial affairs. This is a voluntary role and applicants should have Chartered Accountant status.
Just Like Us is the LGBT+ young people’s charity. Growing up LGBT+ is still unacceptably tough. Founded in 2016, we work with schools across the UK to change this; empowering young people and teachers to champion LGBT+ equality.
