A leading facilities management company in Weymouth is seeking a Senior Facilities Technician. Responsibilities include skilled carpentry, minor electrical and plumbing maintenance, and overseeing subcontractors for various projects. The ideal candidate will have prior trade experience, the ability to operate common tools, and excellent communication skills. The Senior Facilities Technician is responsible for the full range of rough and finish skilled carpentry, including the ability to read blueprints, specifications, drawings and instructions to design, cabinetry. Designs, construct remodels, retrofits and repairs interior and exterior structures made of wood, drywall & tape, plaster, steel, concrete or brick including metal fabrication. Systems furniture design and installation hung ceiling layout and instillation, interior partitioning frame to finish, flooring VCT tile, carpet tile subfloor and cove base installation.

The pay range for this position is $24.29 to $30.18 per hour and is the lowest to highest hourly rate Charlesbridge in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The Company may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the posted range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs and affordability.
