Mortgage Advisor – Rhyl

PRIMIS Mortgage Network is a premier Mortgage & Protection Advisory firm partnering with estate agency businesses nationwide. We seek experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisors to join as either Employed or Self‑Employed.

Role and Base Salary

Full office or hybrid working. The employed role offers a base salary of £30,000 to £35,000 with a total earning potential of £70,000 + OTE. Self‑employed advisors earn 70% on self‑generated leads with agency leads at 45%.

Responsibilities

Support the Reeds Rains estate agency business in Rhyl. All leads are supplied by the partnered estate agency branch(es). The role involves advising clients on mortgage and protection products, building relationships with estate agency partners, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• CAS existing Mortgage and Protection advisors.
• Broking experience for this location.
