About the Role

The primary role is as an employed Mortgage Advisor; you will focus primarily on advising clients and writing business — with leads, appointments, and administration fully supported by the in-house team.

Responsibilities:

• All client appointments are pre-booked directly into your Outlook diary.
• Hybrid working.
• Flexible working arrangements available, including full-time or part-time options.

Specialist Areas

• Residential: Purchase and Remortgage
• Specialist: Buy to Let, Secured Loans, Bridging Finance
• Age 60+: Retirement Mortgages and Equity Release
• Protection: Life and General Insurance

CeMAP or equivalent (MAQ, CF1, CF6) or CeRER (for later-life lending) are essential.

Our AR business partner is a nationally recognised business with a team of almost 40 employees and 17 active mortgage advisors. They generate high-quality leads from across the UK, resulting in above-average loan sizes for our region.

All client interactions are conducted via telephone and video call.
