Mortgage Advisor - Dundee

PRIMIS Mortgage Network, a wholly owned subsidiary of LSL Property Services plc, is a leading mortgage and protection network. We are seeking experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisors to join our well‑established, Premiership status Appointed Representative Partner Firm (AR).

We partner with estate agency groups nationwide, including Your Move, Reeds Rains, Hunters, Whitegates, Davis Tate, Hawes & Co and Intercounty. The role will support the Your Move estate agency businesses in Dundee.

Role Details

• Employment type: Employed (base salary £30,000–£35,000, negotiable, with OTE of £70,000+) or Self‑employed (70% on self‑generated business, 45% on agency‑provided leads).
• Working arrangements: full office or hybrid.
• All leads are supplied by the partner estate agency branches.

Requirements

• CAS‑certified, existing Mortgage and Protection Advisor with broking experience.
• Experience working with estate agencies or similar environments is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and advisory skills; ability to manage a pipeline.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary £30,000–£35,000 (negotiable).
• OTE up to £70,000+ for employed; commission splits as above for self‑employed.
• Full office or hybrid working options.
• Support from a high‑profile AR network and dealer partners.
