A leading mortgage services provider is seeking a Mortgage Advisor to work in Inverness and Elgin. The role offers the option to be employed or self-employed, with a base salary between £30,000 and £35,000, plus OTE of over £70,000. Advisors will work closely with estate agency partners and must have existing Mortgage and Protection experience. This position allows for both full office and hybrid working arrangements, fostering a supportive environment for clients and advisors alike.

Mortgage Advisor - Inverness and Elgin

PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisors to join a well established, Premiership status Appointed Representative Partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation.

The PRIMIS partner firm is a 150 advisor Mortgage and Protection business that works alongside contracted Estate Agency partners nationwide to include Estate Agency businesses such as Your Move, Reeds Rains, Hunters, Whitegates, Davis Tate, Hawes and Co and Intercounty.

The roles available are either Employed or Self‑Employed with all leads provided by the Estate Agency branch/branches we partner you with (details below).

This role would support the Your Move estate agency businesses in Elgin and Inverness.

The roles available are either full office working or hybrid working.

Base salary for the employed role is between £30,000 and £35,000 (negotiable) with an OTE of £70,000+.

Should the advisor prefer the self‑employed role then the splits are 70% on self‑generated leads and 45% on the leads provided.

We are only looking for CAS existing Mortgage and Protection advisors with broking experience for this location.
