A leading mortgage advisory firm in Manchester is seeking experienced Mortgage Advisors to join their established team. The role offers a base salary between £30,000 and £35,000, with an on-target earnings potential of over £70,000. Candidates can choose an employed or self-employed path with support from partnered estate agencies like Reeds Rains. Ideally, applicants should possess CAS qualifications and considerable broking experience. A hybrid work model is available, accommodating candidates' needs.

Mortgage Advisor - Sale and Didsbury

PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisors to join a well‑established, Premiership status Appointed Representative Partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation.

The PRIMIS partner firm is a 150‑advisor Mortgage and Protection business that works alongside contracted Estate Agency partners nationwide, including the following:

• Your Move
• Reeds Rains
• Hunters
• Whitegates
• Davis Tate
• Hawes and Co
• Intercounty

Roles available are either Employed or Self‑Employed with all leads provided by the Estate Agency branch/branches we partner you with. This role would support the Reeds Rains estate agency businesses in Sale and Didsbury.

The roles available can be full office working or hybrid working.

Base salary for the employed role is between £30,000 and £35,000, negotiable, with an OTE of £70,000+.
For the self‑employed role, the splits are 70% on self‑generated work and 45% on leads provided.

We are only looking for CAS existing Mortgage and Protection advisors with broking experience for this location.
