Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through proactive outreach, networking, and market development.
  • Respond to and convert inbound enquiries into confirmed event bookings.
  • Conduct venue tours and sales presentations.
  • Develop strong relationships with corporate bookers, agencies, local businesses & community organisations.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to raise venue awareness.
  • Manage CRM pipeline and provide sales reporting.
  • Work closely with on-site operations and catering teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Achieve and exceed agreed revenue and activity targets.

Skills

Proven experience in venue, events, hospitality, or hotel sales
Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
Confident presenter with excellent written and verbal communication
Highly proactive, self-driven, target oriented
Experience managing a sales pipeline
