Qualifications

  • A drive for sales generation within social and corporate markets.
  • Knowledge of sales & events management in a hotel environment.
  • Ability and confidence to influence senior management.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate all Meeting & Events elements of the hotel Sales Department.
  • Manage and build relationships with Meeting & Events accounts.
  • Ensure all enquiries are dealt with promptly.
  • Drive and manage the conversion of customer enquiries into confirmed sales.
  • Organise and manage all aspects of events prior to arrival.
