A global technology firm based in Telford is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to support HR Business Partners in managing complex casework. The successful candidate will provide expert guidance on employee relations, coach managers through processes, and collaborate with HR teams to ensure compliance. The role requires a strong background in employee relations, preferably with CIPD qualifications, and the ability to handle sensitive matters effectively. The role is part of Schneider Electric's UK & Ireland Zone, as a global technology group focused on helping customers make the most of their energy. The UK and Ireland territory, which stands at c4000 colleagues, has embarked upon an exciting period of growth and transformation. The scope of this role is to support our Senior HR Business Partners and HR Business Partners with Employee Relations activity, as well as being an active member of the broader HR community. As an Employee Relations Advisor, your mission is to provide expert guidance and support on all aspects of employee relations across the UK & Ireland. You will partner with managers to navigate complex casework, including grievances, disciplinaries, redundancies, TUPE, probation, and performance improvement plans, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes. You will act as a trusted advisor, offering clarity on employee relations policies and procedures and responding to queries to enable effective decision-making. As a key member of the HR Business Partnering community, you will champion best practices, foster collaboration, and drive consistency in employee relations approaches across the region, supporting a positive and legally compliant workplace culture.
