Qualifications

  • At least 3 years’ experience in managing B2B events.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful conferences.
  • Strong ability to work to tight targets and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Research suitable venues for conferences and events.
  • Negotiate contracts for venues and events.
  • Produce documentation for events including timelines and checklists.
  • Maintain event budgets and records.
  • Liaise with external contractors and sponsors.
  • Effectively communicate with different departments at LBR.
  • Handle issues proactively during events.
  • Mentor junior team members.
  • Conduct evaluations on events post completion.
