The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in hospitality sales, with a strong background in management and revenue generation. Qualifications

  • 7+ years’ experience in hospitality or venue sales, with at least 3 years in management.
  • Proven ability to create and execute innovative sales strategies.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver a sales strategy to hit ambitious revenue targets.
  • Lead and grow a dedicated sales team.
  • Drive new business across meetings, incentives, conferences and events.
  • Build strong relationships with partners, promoters, and clients.
  • Oversee marketing plans, pricing, and booking systems for non-event day activity.
  • Represent Aramark and Principality Stadium at networking events.
