Gross Annual Salary - £28.246,40 / Year
As the F&B & Bar Supervisor you are responsible for the daily operation of our Hopscotch restaurant at the Courtyard by Marriott Glasgow SEC.
- You will manage and distribute work among the staff in the restaurant and the bar
- You will motivate and engage staff in the department through "learning by doing”
- You will make sure that the guest has an experience that exceeds their expectations by delivering a caring and professional service in a relaxed and stylish environment
- You will actively and visibly participate in the daily operations
- You will proactively build a long term relationship with guests and key partners
- You will recruit, introduce and shape a well-functioning team
- You will train and motivate employees so that they handle alcohol responsibly, HACCP standards and serve according to agreed service procedures
