An innovative care organization in Andover is seeking a passionate Senior Support Worker dedicated to making a difference in the lives of young people. The role involves mentoring, supporting a team, and managing audits to ensure compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, at least two years' experience with children facing emotional challenges, and excellent communication skills. ARC HD Services Ltd, part of Community Integrated Care, provides specialist residential and 1:1 support for young people aged 9–18 facing complex social, emotional, and mental health challenges, including ASD, ADHD, PTSD, and trauma‑related behaviours. We run four small, nurturing homes—each supporting up to three young people in a warm, homely environment tailored to individual needs. Every child has their own private space, plus shared areas for connection and community.
