Head of Service Sales**Head of Service Sales****About the Role**We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Head of Service Sales to lead and grow our Industrial Door Service Sales function. In this role you will play a key role in shaping service sales strategy, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring our service portfolio meets evolving market and customer needs.This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving profitable growth across service contracts, renewals, and digital service offerings, while developing and inspiring a high-performing sales team.**Key Responsibilities**Customer & Market Leadership* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders* Represent the business at customer events, trade shows and industry forums* Monitor market trends and customer needs to influence service strategy and offer developmentSales Excellence & Revenue Growth* Own service contract revenue, renewals, pricing strategy and profitability* Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase customer value* Lead negotiations and close complex service and maintenance contracts* Improve sales processes, CRM accuracy and forecasting quality* Support budget planning, forecasting and margin improvement initiativesDigital & Innovative Service Offerings* Lead the commercialisation of digital and IoT-based service solutions* Integrate digital services into maintenance contracts and new sales opportunities* Act as a digital ambassador, promoting innovation and adoption internally and externallySales & Business Development* Develop and execute strategic service sales plans to achieve growth targets* Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal commercial and operational teamsTeam Leadership & Development* Lead, coach and develop a multi-site service sales team (direct and indirect reports)* Conduct performance reviews, recruitment and salary discussions* Build a collaborative, customer-focused and high-performing sales culturePerformance & Reporting* Define and track KPIs to measure sales performance and profitable growth* Produce clear performance reports and present insights to senior stakeholders**About You**You should be a confident leader with strong commercial judgement and a proven background in service or service sales.**You should bring:*** Proven leadership experience within service or service sales and a strong B2B sales background with experience of complex contracts* Excellent business acumen and financial understanding* Proven ability to lead, inspire and develop sales teams* Strong analytical, strategic and problem-solving skills* Confident communication skills and be able to engage at all levels internally and externally* Experience using CRM/ERP systems and MS Office* Full UK driving licence.**We review applications regularly, so don't wait**We are building diverse, inclusive teams, and encourage applications from everyone who can see themselves working with us.
