A leading fit-out contractor in London is looking for an Experienced Project QS to manage large fit-out projects valued between £5m and £20m in the City and West End. The successful candidate will handle day-to-day tasks reporting to the Senior QS, overseeing subcontract packages, and ensuring smooth project execution. Experienced project QS required to work for leading fit-out contractor on large fit-out project of values from £5 - £20m in the City and West End of London. The experienced candidate will be based on site and will report into the Senior QS with all day to day tasks.
This projects are a mix of CAT A and CAT B, with some refurb and retrofit projects as well.
All day to day duties apply including looking after subcontract packages/payments, variations, reporting all the way through to final account.
The experienced QS will be used to working on medium to large sized projects and be self motivated, to take the work load off the Senior QS on a day to day basis.
This fit-out contractor is part of a national construction company and so plenty of opportunities within the group for promotion.
