We are currently looking for a Repairs Supervisor to join our team in Hemel Hempstead.
The Repairs Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality, customer‑focused repairs and maintenance services within the social housing portfolio. The postholder will manage a team of operatives and subcontractors to ensure that all responsive, void, and planned works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standards, in compliance with contractual, legal, and organisational requirements.
