We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader at our home in Prescot on a full time permanent contract! 🌷

We provide specialist support and care for clients who have a wide range of support needs from long term complex mental health issues and/or alcohol and substance misuse.

Team Leader Responsibilities: ❓
  • To ensure appropriate standards are maintained by monitoring/auditing, and that appropriate professional support is provided to care colleagues.
  • Efficiently review of care plans and medication administration.
  • Assist adults with Mental Health conditions accessing the community and supporting with individuals appointments.
  • Efficient rota management to ensure care colleagues are deployed efficiently.
  • To establish good personal relationships with colleagues, residents and their families.
  • Work with the General Manager to ensure all induction and mandatory training is completed. To identify other specific training needs.
  • Work with the General Manager on achievement of action plans from external regulators or internal support functions.
Hours ⏰

Shift Patterns: 8am - 8pm 🌞
