You’ll join our embedded software team to build and verify software for safety-critical systems. Working with experienced engineers, you’ll learn our development lifecycle, contribute to deliverables, and grow your skills through hands‑on projects, mentorship, and training.

• Translate requirements into design, implementation, and verification for embedded software
• Follow defined standards, procedures, and quality requirements for regulated environments
• Prepare and present technical findings to internal stakeholders
• Document designs, code, tests, and results consistent with engineering policies
• Participate in cross‑functional initiatives and team stand‑ups
• Share ideas openly and help improve team practices and tools
• Provide timely updates on risks, issues, and progress; support short‑term planning to resolve blockers

• Degree in Computer Science, Software, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related field; or equivalent practical experience
• Programming experience in at least one of C/C++ or Python; familiarity with version control
• Understanding of embedded systems concepts (e.g., interrupts, memory, real‑time constraints) from coursework, projects, or internships
• Strong problem‑solving, teamwork, and communication skills
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, processes, and domains; dependable at planning and prioritizing tasks

• Experience of the software design lifecycle within aerospace, automotive or similar development environment, this could have been gained through a placement / internship, or from direct work experience
• Exposure to real‑time operating systems (RTOS) or safety‑critical development
• Knowledge of DO-178C
• Knowledge of model based design
