The Alliance & Partnerships Director is a pivotal, high‑impact, quota‑carrying position responsible for leading and scaling our strategic reseller channel globally. This role is primarily focused on driving partner retention, increasing partner satisfaction, and identifying and executing expansion reseller and referral opportunities within the current partner base.
The ideal candidate is a strategic relationship builder with a proven track record in channel management, account growth, and collaborative business planning. This role will own the partner account lifecycle, from GTM planning to daily operations and issue resolution, ensuring optimal net revenue performance.
