The Alliance & Partnerships Director is a pivotal, high‑impact, quota‑carrying position responsible for leading and scaling our strategic reseller channel globally. This role is primarily focused on driving partner retention, increasing partner satisfaction, and identifying and executing expansion reseller and referral opportunities within the current partner base.

The ideal candidate is a strategic relationship builder with a proven track record in channel management, account growth, and collaborative business planning. This role will own the partner account lifecycle, from GTM planning to daily operations and issue resolution, ensuring optimal net revenue performance.

The impact you’ll have:
Reseller Strategy & Financials
  • Develop, own, and execute the comprehensive referral & reseller partner strategy, aligning it with overall business objectives.
  • Forecast pipeline and revenue from referral and reseller partners on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Prepare regular reports on partner performance, revenue generation, and metrics for executive leadership.
  • Proactively identify and qualify opportunities for expansion within the existing partner base, including cross‑selling new products/services, upselling higher‑tier agreements, or expanding into new geographies/markets.
  • Oversee contract renewals and negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for long‑term retention and growth.
Partner Account Management & Execution
  • Manage reseller partner relationships, including planning, net revenue growth targets, and all operations necessary to profitably retain, grow, and service the customer.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key reseller partners, building deep, trusted, and long‑lasting relationships.
  • Regularly track and analyze partner performance metrics to proactively identify retention risks and opportunities.
  • Lead the implementation of various initiatives cross‑functionally to identify growth opportunities and provide strategic recommendations for partners.
  • Represent Axonify externally with partners, including attendance at Partner Trade shows.
Enablement & Expertise
  • Coordinate training and enablement resources to ensure partners and resellers have a deep understanding of the Axonify product.
  • Support the enablement team in developing, implementing, and maintaining partner onboarding programs, including sales demonstration and product training.
  • Become well‑versed on our product, our competition, and the markets in which we compete.

  • 7+ years’ experience in Sales Operations/Support and Partner Management is a must.
  • Partner program management experience in a high‑tech company, SaaS model.
  • Strong understanding of partners and partner business models.
  • Ability to build plans, execute against a strategy, and demonstrate a strategic vision with tactical execution.
  • Results‑oriented with a drive for excellence, detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills, and a passion for winning.
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills, negotiation skills, and ability to resolve conflict and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively, and to lead initiatives and project teams.
