A leading renewable energy company in Northern Ireland is seeking a Solar Roofer to install solar PV panels across various sites. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience with different roof types, a valid CSR card, and a positive attitude. This full-time position offers a salary of £40,000–£45,000 per year plus benefits such as private healthcare and a pension. Monday–Friday: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm; Permanent Full‑Time
- Installation of solar PV panels
- Work closely with your team to deliver top‑quality installs
- Follow H&S standards and ensure tidy, respectful job completion
- Use smartphone apps for testing, reporting, and communicating with office staff
- Travel from our Mallusk office to various sites in the company van
- 2 years of experience installing solar on tile, slate, metal & flat roofs

- A clear criminal record
- Full, clean driving licence
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Positive and can‑do attitude

- Able to work under pressure
- Will commute to our office in Mallusk; company van used for site travel
- Willing to undertake extensive manufacturer training on various products and H&S systems
- Willing to attend very occasional trade or home‑improvement shows
- Willing to work away from home in the UK or ROI with overnight stays very occasionally
- MWEP, PASMA, and Telehandler qualifications or willingness to obtain upon employment
- Working at Heights qualification
- Experience working in domestic properties
- Experience using a CRM system such as Salesforce
- Experience in a similar role and company
- Good geographical knowledge of Northern Ireland
