Job Overview
FIS is looking for a Revenue Operations, Office of the CCO role to help further accelerate our growth by improving sales performance and efficiency. This pivotal position contributes directly to the success of our GTM teams and supports the SVP of Revenue and Head of the Office of the CCO.

Responsibilities
- Craft and optimize customer segmentation and sales strategy to ensure coverage model enables focus on target segments.
- Produce and present field coverage reports analyzing penetration, account distribution, and potentials.
- Extract and present insights on territory performance and update sales reporting tools and internal maps.
- Manage field-related inquiries on performance, account assignments, and sales plan.
- Partner with senior sales leaders to uncover growth opportunities and improve sales force efficiency.
- Analyze and report revenue performance metrics, providing actionable insights.
- Track key performance indicators against strategic plans and produce dashboards.
- Identify performance variances and recommend improvement plans.
- Refine sales forecast models and methodologies.
- Lead strategic projects to drive process improvements and revenue enhancement initiatives.
- Coordinate cross‑department resources to optimize processes and support business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field or Economics.
- 2‑5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, corporate strategy, revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations within a technology/financial services company.
- Very strong analytical background.
- Outstanding program management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong problem‑solving and executive communication skills, with ability to facilitate meetings across functions.
- Positive, can‑do attitude and readiness to roll up sleeves and get things done.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Master's degree in a technical or quantitative field.
- Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, SQL.
- Experience with sales tools such as MS Dynamics, Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong.
- Programming experience (e.g., R, Python) preferred.
