Associate Director Marketing – CHC FTC (Uxbridge)

We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director of Marketing to join Norgine.

**This is a Fixed Term Contract, until the end of September 2026.**

The person holding this position will report to a VP of Marketing and be a member of the global Consumer Healthcare team.

The core responsibility of the Associate Director of Marketing is to make our OTC brand a successful brand by delivering against the strategic 5yr plan.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
  • Lead the global brand strategy development to ensure a smooth implementation across markets
  • Develop the communications and media strategies to grow brand awareness, consideration and conversion across multiple touchpoints
  • Deliver net sales, market share and profitability for the OTC brand in line with 5yr plan
  • Support implementation of brand strategy in white space to build scale
  • Develop a product pipeline and lifecycle management that helps to secure the future of the brand in existing categories
Main Tasks
  • Lead the development of consumer brand strategy that drives awareness, loyalty and share ahead of the market based on a clear vision and right to win

We’re looking for a strategic and execution‑focused Associate Director of Global Partner Marketing to lead our partner marketing initiatives across regions and strategic alliances. What You’ll Do
Strategic Leadership & Execution
  • Develop and own the Global Partner Marketing Strategy, aligning with business objectives and partner priorities

About the role

This role will sit within CBRE UK’s Financial Consulting Team, and their primary responsibility will be to provide financial modelling and analyst support to the Residential Capital Markets team.

The Residential Capital Markets team provides advisory and transaction services in all forms of Residential Capital markets including Multi‑Family Housing, Single Family Housing, Purpose Built Student Accommodation and Affordable Housing.

What you’ll do

The role within the team is to develop and manage bespoke financial models in Excel to inform decisions and deliver strategic advisory and transactional services, driving value across our Residential Capital Markets platform.
