The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
  • Execute Solventum surgical solutions and infection prevention value proposition for Patient Warming, Peri Op, IV and Infection Prevention.
  • Develop and manage favorable relationships with key decision makers & department leaders covering clinicians, consultants, anaesthetists, procurement, department leaders, and equipment leads.
  • Drive pre‑tender market consultation, implement tender contracts, and introduce new products.
  • Support value‑based pricing that drives profitable growth.
  • Create value with total concept including hardware, products, and service.
  • Develop and execute a business plan to prioritize account calls, activities, penetration, and product use.
Company Vehicle

This position requires driving a company vehicle and requires pre‑employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history.

Your Skills And Expertise
  • Life Science/Business/Clinical/Nurse Degree and/or relevant experience (preferred).
  • Clinical/sales experience of patient warming and/or IV solutions/products.
  • Experience selling medical equipment/machines or relevant clinical experience.
  • Experience/ability to manage key accounts & opportunities through professional customer relationship management process & application.
  • Comfortable in an operating room environment, critical care and ICU.
  • Current, valid driver’s license required, as you will be issued a company vehicle.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal), essential.
  • Ability to travel 50% of your time.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) essential.
  • Experience with CRM system such as Salesforce.
Location & Travel
  • Country: United Kingdom.
  • Ideal candidate location: West Midlands region.
  • Travel: 50% of time, domestic within territories of North Staffordshire, Birmingham and Shropshire.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.
