We’re thrilled to be expanding our team with a brand-new opportunity for a Mental Health Clinical Lead to take the helm of our specialist mental health community. - Lead quality clinical practice and ensure compliance with CQC and safeguarding standards.
- Conduct regular clinical audits, risk assessments, and reflective practice sessions.
- Provide supervision, mentorship, and training to nursing and care staff.
- Collaborate with external professionals and contribute to strategic planning.
- Support strategic decision‑making with the home and deputy manager.
- Lead our support and inclusion groups within the home’s community.
- Salary £52,000‑£55,000 per annum depending on experience

- Registered Nurse (Mental Health preferred) with valid NMC registration.
- Minimum 6 months leadership experience in a clinical setting

- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

- Postgraduate qualification in mental health or leadership preferred.
