A not-for-profit care charity is looking for a part-time Day Care Assistant in Woking. The role includes providing holistic care and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and maintaining their dignity. Experience with older people is preferred, and comprehensive training is provided. The position allows for learning and development with various employee benefits including wellbeing support and a group pension plan.
Day Care Assistant (Part-time)
Hours: Part-time (25 hours per week)
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday shifts (8:30 – 15:30)
Friends of the Elderly (FotE) is a not‑for‑profit charity dedicated to providing excellent care with a family feel. The charity provides care home and day care services for older people, as well as grants for those in financial difficulty.
All staff follow the Safeguarding Policy & Procedures and are required to report any suspected abuse immediately.
Successful applicants will undertake an enhanced DBS check with barred list check; offer of employment is dependent on satisfactory outcome.
