We are seeking an experienced and passionate Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) to join our leadership team in a non-class-based capacity on a part-time, two days a week basis. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all pupils with additional needs receive the support, challenge, and opportunities they need to thrive. Working closely with staff, parents, and external agencies, the SENCO will lead the strategic development of inclusive practice across the school, oversee the identification and assessment of pupils with SEND, and coordinate high-quality provision that enables every child to make strong progress. This role requires a dedicated professional with a deep understanding of the SEND Code of Practice, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to championing inclusion and achievement for all learners.
