What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead quality clinical practice and ensure compliance with CQC and safeguarding standards.
• Conduct regular clinical audits, risk assessments, and reflective practice sessions.
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and training to nursing and care staff.
• Collaborate with external professionals and contribute to strategic planning.
• Support strategic decision‑making with the home and deputy manager.
• Lead our support and inclusion groups within the home’s community.

What We’re Looking For

• Registered Nurse (Mental Health preferred) with valid NMC registration.
• Minimum 6 months leadership experience in a clinical setting
• Significant experience in mental health, ideally in acute or rehabilitation inpatient settings.
• Strong knowledge of the Mental Health Act, MCA, DoLS, and safeguarding legislation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Experience in care home settings.
• Training in PBS, trauma‑informed care, or similar frameworks.
• Postgraduate qualification in mental health or leadership preferred.
