As our new engineering manager you will be a key member of our local senior leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Leading and mentoring multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver world-class cooling products. You will be responsible for managing Project Engineering, Design, Quality Control and Planning teams.
• Champion innovation, automation, and continuous improvement across design and manufacturing.
• Manage technical projects, R&D initiatives, and process development to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100, safety, and quality standards.
• Collaborate across departments to optimise production, procurement, and quality outcomes.
• Take an active role in driving process alignment and developing meaningful connections with team members in both PWR Australia and PWR North America.

• A relevant qualification in mechanical engineering
• Proven experience in senior engineering or manufacturing leadership roles.
• Strong technical knowledge in product design, process development, and automation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced CAD and computer skills.
• Advanced consultation and negotiation skills as well as commercial acumen
